Description

New Validation scheme for Staff and Qualified Suppliers (Lawyers and Notaries)

Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenants

- On loading of the MHR Information Screen, check if home's ownership structure allows for a Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant(s)
- If the MHR does not, then deactivate the option in the dropdown
- Update dropdown to include keyboarding rules
- increase height of drop down menu to be able to fit grant of admission without scroll bar

**1) Staff Must Have:**
- at least one owner group that has Joint Tenancy (regular "Owners" that are persons or business/organizations)
- Execs/admins/Bankruptcy Trustees cannot have Joint Tenancy

**2) Qualified Suppliers (Lawyers and Notaries) Must Have:**
- at least one owner group that has Joint Tenancy (owners in the JT can be regular "Owners" that are persons only)
- Execs/admins/Bankruptcy Trustees cannot have Joint Tenancy

_Note: Tracey has included the ability to tab in the dropdown. This is a step towards AA and ideally will be included._
