### Investigate Solr cores divergence
## Description:
The Solr *names* and *possible_conflicts* continue to diverge from the Oracle data. This ticket is to do continued investigation of the problems that are causing the divergences. New tickets will be opened to fix the problems that are encountered.
The *possible.conflicts* core is the highest priority, due to impacts on name examination.
