Unable to add the NR using the new Manage My businesses registry page.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user tries to add an NR using the New "Open Name Request" then the search is auto-populated with a recently searched NR.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to

2. Click on 'Name Request'
3. Notice that its already pre-populated with an NR.
