UI Design: API Gateway Site

### Background
The BC Registries and Online Services has an API Gateway service that is legislated. This platform comes with benefits such as user account and authentication as well as payment service. Other ministries can have their APIs on this gateway to take advantage of these benefits to reduce cost and time to build their own apps.

We want to update the [API Gateway site](https://developer.bcregistry.daxiom.ca/) with an updated content. Since we are adding new content, we also want to look at the information architecture.

The two main marketing concepts are:
* Explore APIs available through this gateway
* Learn how API Gateway Service can benefit other ministries
