Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user files for a special resolution and upon successful filing the Output's arent in the sequence with the other filings.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/CP1002507?accountid=596'.
2. Click on 'View Documents' on the Special Resolution Filing.
3. Notice that the Receipt is misplaced
4. See the error
