Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user tries to file an IA for CO-OP then upon clicking on Save and Resume the console throws an error that isn't interrupting any functionality in the real-time
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/'
2. Start Incorporating a CO-OP
3. After step 4 hit on Save and Resume
4. See the error
