**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user wants a par value that is less than 2 decimals then the UI throws a validation.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/incorporation-share-structure?id=T7eMeXOY1h&accountid=2079'
2. Login with BCREGA001
3. Try to enter the par value with more than 4 decimals
4. See the error
