18.2 Radar Retrospective

Hi Team,
It was good to be able to meet with the team again after the end of the sprint.
I know it was a long one, but we did pick up some interesting insights.

• During the Retro Radar retro we agreed on the following
• Start Doing : Staging Pipeline, Sprint Planning to move to Tuesday
• Keep Doing : Offline Dev chat, Export CSV Api /backend testing, Hrvoje got some experience working with other devs / code bases, Great Team,
• More Off: Having design decisions made for grooming, Check for orphan tickets (without correct labels), Reviewing design tickets with designers before grooming.
• More Off: Pre-groom on the design board, more integration testing, Great collaboration with the business and OCM,
• Less Off: Differences in approach to dev for each of the services, Inability to test some UI because of missing backend (so tickets get stuck), tested / done pipelines?

Barriers / Action Items

• Reviewing design tickets with designers before grooming
• more collaboration/connect with other teams to understand big picture.
• more integration testing
