MHR Transfer - Additional Name Information issue for the Owner party type

- [ ] For the Tenants in Common structure, when a Transfer due to sale or gift type is selected and if the user tries to add an Executor party type to a Group which has existing Executors and tries to edit the newly added Executor and change it to regular Owner party type into another Group, then on the UI, Additional Name Information is auto cleared and set the field to empty (as expected), but after submitting the filing 'Additional Name Information' section is displayed as 'OWNER_IND EXECUTOR OF THE WILL OF JOHN SMITH, DECEASED' both on the UI and in the outputs.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
- Select a MH registration with Tenants in Common with either executor/trustee/administrator party type in a group (eg: 107750 in DEV)
- Navigate to the Home owners section and select the Transfer type as 'Transfer due to sale or gift'
- Click on 'Add a Person' or 'Add a Business'
- Add an executor/trustee/administrator party type and assign it to an existing group which contains executor/trustee/administrator
- Edit the newly added executor/trustee/administrator and change the party type/role to the regular owner and assign it to another group which doesn't have an executor/trustee/administrator.
- Additional Name Information field is auto cleared and leave it empty, then click on the Done button
- Complete the Transfer filing and download the report and observe the newly added owner group and as well as UI Home owners section.

UI before the Transfer filing:
- Deleted Administrator in Group2 and added a new regular owner, and added a new regular owner to Group3.

Start in the Home owners section and reproduce the issue with MH registration 107750 in DEV using the listed Tenants in Common transfer steps. Compare the cleared Additional Name Information field before submission with the UI and downloaded report afterward; done means the newly changed regular owner remains empty in both outputs.
