UI Design- BC Services Card Account creation screen updates

1) Need text update on the account creation confirmation screen. When a user is setting up their BC Registries account with their BC Services Card, they may select a product like Wills that requires staff review before gaining access. The account creation screen for BC Services Card users should mention this.

2) We should also update the "Home" button for these users should take them to their new logged in BC Registries Dashboard screen (the one with their product tiles):
