MHR-UI Design - Enhancements to Home Sections entry

In MHR a client can register a home which has multiple sections each using the same serial number.

E.g. 123456AB with width 12' and length 12'
123456AB with width 8' and length 10'

Currently the system requires that staff input the serial number for each piece. However, they've noted if there is one serial number with multiple pieces it would be preferred to not have to enter the serial number for additional pieces. Note: removal of edits to require serial number was suggested but is concerning given that Manufacturers will also use the same section in initial registration.
