Description
In Sale/Gift Transfer Flow
**Problem:**
- When user clicks to Add/Edit a brand new person or business Owner
- They should only be able to select the "Owner" role
- They should not be allowed to add NEW admins/execs/trustees during a Sale/Gift
**Fix:**
- When user clicks to Add/Edit a brand new person or business Owner
- Only allow user to select the regular "Owner" radio button and deactivate (40% opacity) the other three roles and radio buttons icons
