Description
This is verify similar to #16739 (can probably copy code if it's done first).
- [ ] When user submits a new or updated business contact email, verify it and return error message if needed.
- use MillionVerifier API
- talk to @pwei1018 about sample code
- need config for URL and API key?
- [ ] If UI doesn't handle email errors properly, create a new ticket.
