PPR and MHR tables - Registered by and Username rules

BC Registry staff would like to ensure their personal names are not displayed to clients in our applications. The following changes are requested.

1) In the PPR table 'Registered By' field if a Registration has been completed by a BC Registries staff member and is being viewed by BC Registries staff please continue to display the name of the person who completed the transaction. When viewed by non BC Registries staff please replace the name from the staff members IDIR with 'BC Registry Services'.


2) In the MHR table 'Username' field if a Registration has been completed by a BC Registries staff member and is being viewed by BC Registries staff please continue to display the name of the person who completed the transaction. When viewed by non BC Registries staff please replace the name from the staff members IDIR with 'BC Registry Services'.
