Description
This would save a bunch of time with people that have stuck filings.
Otherwise the filing gets stuck - then the BA or UX or user cannot use their business to do any more filings.
Just would be a simple script that checks if the filing failed processing, if it's within 15 days old, can retry.
That way Argus or Vysakh or others wont have to hunt down all of the filing ids if it was a general problem.
