Unable to click on the same as Delivery same as Mailing addresses while adding the Businesses and Corporation.

Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user tries to Add a Business or Corporation for an SP/GP Filing then while. completing the addresses then the Deliver same as Mailing Addresses button is not clickable.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.edit.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/FM1103103/change?accountid=596'
2. Try to Add Business Or Corporation
3. Now try clicking on Deliver addresses same as Mailing addresses.
4. Notice that the check box isn't clickable
