Description
- [ ] When the user enters the submitting party details in the registration and saves, then when the draft is resumed from the table, submitting party details are not retained and the stepper gets unchecked.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start an MH Registration
- Enter all the details of steps including submitting party
- Save as draft
- Navigate to the dashboard and perform some other actions (Transfers/new registrations)
- Now, resume the draft
- Submitting party details are no longer displayed
