Popup Warning Before Creating BEN

Megan has asked if we can put an interim popup that warns people before they create a BEN that will warn them they are creating a BEN and if they want to create another corp type they need to go to COLIN. This will only be in place until we revisit the navigation in Names.

We are looking for something that is very lightweight and quick. I believe this is only a problem when creating numbered Corps (Elizabeth can verify). Could you recommend where the best place to put this and the wording of the popup.

Define the interim warning wording and show it before BEN creation, directing users who need another corporation type to COLIN; the work is done when that flow displays the agreed popup without changing other navigation.
