Rough outline of efforts:
- [ ] Ensure LEAR tracks base data needed (e.g. statuses/states between active and historical, filing dates, etc.)
- [ ] Establish back end job that reviews all businesses and determines next steps in dissolution process
- [ ] Establish King's Printer physical mail integration to send AR reminders and/or dissolution warnings.
- [ ] Create Admin UI that staff can use to kick off a dissolution run.
- [ ]
NOTE: there is a delay of dissolution filing as well in legacy.

Story drafting/decomposition to follow.

Next steps:
- [ ] Reach out to policy to confirm our obligation to client in terms of letting them know what's happening.
