Corrected Tag appears for BEN corrections.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the Staff makes a correction and does the Name Change then the Corrected Tag appears on the Names Translation block.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
2. log in as Staff
3. Search for the identifier "BC0871180"
4. File a Correction and Make a Name change.
5. On the Register Of Correction Application Notice that the Name Translation block shows the corrected label.

Reproduce the issue from the decide-business entry point using identifier BC0871180, then inspect the Register of Correction Application Notice and its Name Translation block. Confirm the expected label for a BEN correction with a name change and verify that the corrected label no longer appears there.
