Description
Definition of Done (DoD):
• Acceptance Criteria met (what defines the ticket as being done in DoR?)
________________________________________________
• Peer review has been completed
• All unit tests passed
• Completed tasks have been verified in Dev & Test
• UX approved
• Test coverage acceptable by Product Owner or delegate (functional & load testing as applicable)
• Regression test executed successfully
• Product Owner or delegate accepts the work as being completed, ensures it's tagged to a release (and the PI release) and closes the Story (move it from 'Done' to 'Closed')
• Demo-able to Stakeholders
Done, as in ready to release?
What about things in staging? not done
Done, as in PROD for 48 hours?
When its deployed to the Sandbox?
When its deployed to PROD, but not released?
