Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user tries to File for the CP Filing and upon hitting on File and Pay the error dialog shows up.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.ca/business/TkpvPxbs2Q?accountid=596'
2. Login with BCREGA001
3. Hit on File and Pay
4. See the error
