UI - Add a Person for Owner disabling owner name fields and additional names

Unable to enter information in the owner name and additional name fields in Registration if accessing Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant first.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open Transfer with Joint Tenancy
2. Choose to edit one group
3. Cancel out of transfer without reloading app or project
4. Add home owner (individual) in new Registration

**Actual/ observed behavior/ results**
Unable to enter name and additional name information

**Expected behavior**
Should be able to enter name and additional name information.

Start in the Registration UI by reproducing the listed flow: open Transfer with Joint Tenancy, edit a group, cancel without reloading, then add an individual home owner. Inspect the owner name and additional name fields after cancellation; done means both mandatory fields accept input and the registration can be completed.
