**Important: read all the comments below and verify with a Product Owner that the flag(s) are not needed to possibly turn off their feature (even though it's released) in the foreseeable future.**
(unless it's being saved for the ability to turn off this feature???)
The subject flag is True in Dev, Test and Prod, so the alterate code can now be removed.
