Jupyter Notebook COLIN - Dissolve a company restored in error

GIVEN I am a client and I own a foreign company registered in BC as an extraprovincial company
AND the company is currently active but was previously historical
WHEN I need to take it back to the historical status
THEN I can make a filing to Dissolve a company restored in error
AND pay all associated fees
AND have it made historical
