Jupyter Notebook COLIN - Cancel Registration

GIVEN I am a client and I own a foreign company registered in BC as an extraprovincial company
AND the company has ceased to carry on business in BC
WHEN I need to cancel the registration
THEN I can make a filing to Cancel Registration
AND pay all associated fees
AND have it made historical
