Research direction
Start with the linked requirements and Colin screenshots, then identify the existing Jupyter Notebook workflow for corporation filings. Confirm how liquidator and liquidation records office addresses, filing fees, and saved submissions are handled. Done means the complete Notice of Change of Address flow is available and matches the stated filing, payment, and persistence requirements.
