Jupyter Notebook COLIN - Cease liquidator

GIVEN I am a client and I own a corporation registered in BC
AND the corporation is in the process of being liquidated
AND at least one liquidator has been captured in COLIN
WHEN I need to remove or replace a liquidator
THEN I can file a Notice of Ceasing to Act as Liquidator
AND enter all the necessary information
AND pay all associated fees
