AS a system
WHEN I need to activate in PROD a specific functionality
AND for a specific entity type
THEN I can use Future Flags to accomplish my goals
To Do List:
1. Deploy BEN Corrections to Prod
2. Deploy ULC and CCC to Prod with all the functionality developed and available
3. TEST will be the only reliable source for testing flags (and which entities exist, etc).
