- [ ] Forms need to be updated to properly identify the "paper forms" for various filings.

- [ ] Forms need to be in synch with the UI filings availability.

- [ ] Completing Party and Certify By fields need to be editable and not pre-populated.

Process Steps:

- [ ] SBC Staff logs to the app using an IDIR login (similar to the BCTEST4 login)

- [ ] SBC Staff adds the desired corporation to the SBC dashboard. This is dependant on how this link will be done - check with John's team.

- [ ] SBC Staff can proceed with the filing.

- [ ] SBC Staff removes corporation from table.

Done means paper forms are identified, UI filing availability is synchronized, the Completing Party and Certify By fields are editable, and staff can add and remove a corporation while completing a filing.
