PPR - Registration Table - Include Date Pulled Into Table as a column

PPSA REGISTRATIONS TABLE - registration # dealing with - goes back into date order of the table if you leave and come back. Need ability for the table to hold the registration at the top - instead of having to search it every time.
Currently it is auto sorted by the only column with filter for date - but registration date does not help STAFF PARTICULARLY. - could we have ability to sort table by DATE PULLED INTO THE TABLE?
