UI - MHR Search Folio Number is displayed in the search history table when it is removed from the selection list and review selection(s) screen

- [ ] When a user enters a Folio number before initiating a search from the dashboard and clears or removes it in the selection list/review selection(s) screen, then the same folio number is still displayed in the search history table.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

- Select an MHR search category (eg: MHR number)
- Enter the MHR number and folio in the folio field
- Initiate the search
- Folio number will reflect in the selection list and the review selection(s) screen (as expected)
- Now, remove the folio number in both places and complete the search
- The search result adds to the search history table with the folio number
