Description
In the screenshot below, the user cannot determine the type (eg, New business, Name change, Restoration, Relocate into, etc) of each NR, which may cause them confusion and wasted time if they try to use a NR for the wrong purpose. (The code should prevent misuse but the user may only see an error several steps in.)
