Description
The motivation for this is to be able to continue deploying to Prod at our regular weekly cadence even with breaking changes.
**TODOs**
- [ ] look into how search api currently uses Launch Darkly such that it is able to deployed to sandbox and Prod with breaking changes
- [ ] determine how breaking api changes are not served to api users in Prod
- [ ] determine how breaking api changes are served to the FE in Prod
- [ ] Have a look at how Search is doing this currently
- [ ] Need to think about this a little longer
