Description
### Description
Currently the search-ui only allows opening / paying for docs for LEAR businesses. When corporations are added to LEAR, search will need to allow those actions for them.
### Details
- [ ] update entity composable
- [ ] update *learBusinessTypes*
- [ ] update things involving *isBComp* to also include *isBC*
- [ ] verify full flow with all corporation sub types
- [ ] wrap changes in feature flag
- [ ] add / update tests
