Description
In #14783, the (4) Correct Name sub-components were refactored and moved to the BCRS Shared Components library. This ticket is to:
- [ ] delete the local version of the components
- [ ] import the shared components
- [ ] integrate the shared components
- props (include "fetch" function)
- events
