Partner, ALF/Acenti, has identified that some of the fields for the Declaration for Extra Provincial Limited Partnership and Declaration for British Columbia Limited Partnership forms are not working as expected. - **Declaration for British Columbia Limited Partnership** form: checkboxes for section C, E, and G do not behave like checkboxes. I’ve attached a screen-shot example for reference.

- **Declaration for Extra Provincial Limited Partnership** form: checkbox under “BUSINESS ADDRESS IN B.C - NOT A P.O BOX” is also not behaving like a checkbox. Also, the General Partner field for section: “PROVIDE NAME(S) AND ADDRESSE(S) OF GENERAL PARTNER(S)” is not fillable.
