UI Design - IA survey enhancement

- [ ] Customize the action button color for the survey to #1669BB

- [ ] The opening new survey tab approach is causing confusion, suggest to display survey at the end of the IA and have a floating button on the left side of the IA pages. [UX Pin](https://preview.uxpin.com/d5505f11985139cdc8668f90fb46bf5479595830#/pages/161589315)

- [ ] Figure out how to track more data about the filing. This depends on deciding the objectives we want from analyzing the survey result.
- Do we want to identify what type of IA was filed?
- Do we want to identify user account type? e.g. regular vs premium, individual vs law office

- [ ] Define measuring metrics needed for analyzing the survey modal conversion rate. This is to evaluate if our survey approach is efficient/effective.
- Number of IA filed in total
- Number of surveys completed
- Number of clicks on "Yes, I'll participate"
- Number of clicks on "No, not right now"
- Number of clicks on "Do not display this again"
