Directors not showing up on my registry dashboard for CCC entity type

**Describe the bug in current situation**

When adding a director by clicking on COD filling ,the added director is not showing up on my registry dashboard

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login BCREG0001 in dev
2. Open a CCC filling for example BC0871249
3. Click on COD
4. Add a Director and complete filling now upon returning to the dashboard
observe that the directors doesnot show

Reproduce the issue in the dev environment using BCREG0001, a CCC filing such as BC0871249, and the COD flow described in the report. Inspect the dashboard path that displays directors after the filing is completed; done means the newly added director appears on the registry dashboard, with BC and ULC behavior checked as noted.
