PPR Search - Text recommending performing a search displays in Search result

**Describe the bug in current situation**
This originated with OPS ticket 1389.

_Client has run a business debtor search and the report shows the verbiage “Other vehicle or general collateral/proceeds description exists on this registration. To obtain complete details, it will be necessary to request a registration number search.” Although this verbiage should only show up on a report when searching for serialized collateral._

Sharon has indicated that the text should only appear on a Serial Number search result where only the matching vehicle collateral entry is displayed and all others are redacted. Our current search output designs include all serial collateral for the PPR registration. This should be reviewed as a design item.

This text should not appear on a registration number search output as it's recommending doing a registration number search to view all the information.

Start by reproducing a PPR registration-number search and compare its report text with a serial-number search result. Review the search output design described in the issue; done means the recommendation to perform a registration-number search no longer appears on registration-number results, while the intended serial-number behavior is defined and preserved.
