Description
Open button navigation for CSO app from BC Registry Dashboard
GIVEN the user in "BC Registry Dashboard"
THEN user select and click the "Open" button in CSO app on the dashboard
AND the CSO app will be open in a new tab for user
SO the user can still have BC Registry Dashboard open and work on CSP app in the new tab.
