PPR Serial Number Search - Rewording of heading in report when no registrations selected

This issue originated from OPS Ticket 1343.

Sharon feels the wording NO REGISTRATIONS SELECTED isn't applicable to a Serial Number Search:

PPR Search results title - "NO REGISTRATIONS SELECTED" - CHANGE TO NIL SEARCH RESULTS? OR "NO EXACT MATCHES"

I find this result to be less clear about the results.. no registrations selected means there are registrations... but the report does not include those registrations.. so it is deceiving to the clients.. a serial number does not produce an exact match,, has always been considered a "nil" search results- there are no exact matches. Could we change this heading?
