Description
The Certify component -- in Create UI but possibly in other UI as well, and/or in the shared component library -- displays the current date as YYYY-MM-DD, eg:
Instead, date should be displayed in string format, such as "Sept. 20, 2022" (or possibly "September 20, 2022").
