UI Design - Output for draft Bill of Sale

The idea is: at the end of the transfer data entry, the user can print out a draft version of the [bill of sale](http://www.bcregistryservices.gov.bc.ca/local/bcreg/documents/forms/730.pdf) pre-populated with information from the transfer and the MHR record, which the qualified user can then have signed by a client and then store in their long-term records.
