- Better understanding of user workflows that span multiple applications, with an eye towards providing improved service delivery channels and options
-- That could include user workflows that include systems and applications outside of the BCROS ecosystem
- Staff access and all of its flavours (other agencies, registries, API clients, et c.).
- Payment options and collapsing Basic/Premium account types
- Identity verification (reduce complexity and alleviate pain points related to 2FA)
