UI Design - Update Name Request Approval Email Content

Currently, the Name Request Approval email has an attachment that directs users to COLIN. (for SP/GP it directs to OneStop)

It would be preferable if we could put the results directly into the email instead of an attachment.
Would be good to change the wording of Step 2 to indicate what the user should do.

Update the email template for Name Request Approval so that:
* It follows the new email template standards.
* The link to incorporate/register entities that are supported in modern app are directed to the new app.
