Update Email outputs for SP/GP registration as per OCM request

Hi Yui and Mihai,

The post-registration email for a firm appears to have been updated to the suggested wording that OCM provided, which is awesome! The formatting is off, though, and I’m curious if this is on anyone’s radar?

Please see a TEST email output and the original draft I put together for reference. This would be easier to read as right now all the text in TEST is hard on the eyes.

Also, I am awaiting an updated Small Business Resource Guide from one of our partners which would replace the link that is currently in the output. Once I receive it, I will forward onto you!

Hi Trish and Mihai,

Here is a mock-up of the Firm Registration email output (PDF and Word) we drew up based on the previous confirmation we would receive in test when registering a firm (attached is the original Test email).

Mihai, do you know if there is design work for this piece already with Entities? We needed to craft one that Trish can use in her conversations with stakeholders so hopefully it’s useful for your team! Key changes are:
- [ ] Making the first set of information stand out more (Business Name, Reg Number, Date and time of filing)
- [ ] Highlighting that the Small Business Resource Guide provides resources to register a firm with gov partners with some examples, like Business BCeID, GST, etc.
