## Steps to reproduce
1. Perform an MHR search in a browser window open to a width greater than 1240 pixels (this happened specifically in Chrome, not tested in another browser)
2. Shrink the window to less than 1240 pixels
3. The checkbox will disappear and not be usable for individual rows (it will only be visible in the table header)

Reproduce the issue in the MHR search results in Chrome by resizing the window from above 1240px to below 1240px. Trace the search selection list and its row-level "Include lien information" checkbox; done means the checkbox remains visible and usable for individual rows below 1240px.
