Corrections 2.0 (move local corrections to Edit UI)

The following corrections are currently done through the Filings UI (for various entity types). These are our Corrections 1.0 filings which don't update the database; they just add a comment.
- Annual Report
- Change of Addresses
- Change of Directors
- Corrections
- Alterations
- Miscellaneous filings - fallback for corrections not handled any other way (eg, Dissolutions, Special Resolutions)

Edit UI will now support these corrections according to entity type (Coop, BEN, SP/GP). Basically, corrections will be all-in-one pages to correct the current business state (not the original filing) as appropriate for each busines type.

Review the existing Corrections 1.0 flows in the Filings UI and the Edit UI entry points for Coop, BEN, and SP/GP entities. Clarify the correction rules for each business type before implementation. Done means corrections are handled in the Edit UI, update the current business state, and no longer only add a comment through a filing.
