Form PPR1

Form PPR1 is a new form being created for new party codes. This is a form created to supplement Form 03 PPR, which is prescribed in the PPSA regulations.

A draft has already been created. As per a policy review the following changes are required to the existing draft.

Changes Required:
- [ ] Update name from Form 03B PPR to Form PPR1 (or similar). Current naming identifies this as a version of a form prescribed via regulation which can be confusing. A different format in name identifies this as a strictly administrative form for Registries.
- [ ] Update authorization section to exactly match the Authorization section on the Form 03 PPR. Note, this means removal of the official position, signature, and date signed fields
- [ ] In Section 1 Change Request, above the Secured Party Code collection include a field for "BC Registries Account Name" and a field for "BC Registries Account Number"
